About the event
February’s Political Discourse Book Club will focus on Separation of Church and Hate, selected for its clear historical context and approachable framework for discussion. This group centers book-led conversation rather than debate, with an emphasis on listening, curiosity, and thoughtful engagement.
We will discuss the ideas presented by the author, how the arguments are built, and what questions the book raises. You are welcome whether you finished the book, read selectively, or are still working through it. Listening counts as participation.
This group is best for readers who want to engage seriously with a text and with one another, without campaigning or point-scoring. The book remains the anchor of the conversation at all times.
